Rummaging for things to get this ready:
Pull Pull servo tray's have arrived. I frequently order from ZYhobbies, and they had exactly what I was looking for. I'm not going to use the solid connectors, I like to make self adjusting mechanism using cable and pullies.

I'll do a separate post on how I make those.

Also arrived, courtesy of Flying Giants Classifieds.
BoomaRC Extreme 3S power distribution board with pin flag switch and optical kill switch. Unfortunately I won't be using the Opti Kill switch as I'll be putting in a Tech-Aero IBEC (HV Version)

BB Servos have been ordered and are on their way, should be here in early January sometime.

I like it when things arrive. It's like Christmas all over again.

This week new unreleased product from Bluebird. The venerable H51B and M93s.

The BLS H51B are 851 Oz in of torque. They also have slow start and it just adds class to an already cool servo.

The other one M93S is 190 Oz in in torque and have a transition speed of .05s 60 degrees. That's frigging fast. All metal gear and ready to rumble.

Wow - great setup indeed. I'd add the H51B's on the rudder as well on Pull-Push and be done with the tray.

You will love the H51B's!!

I'll install the try, because I don't like putting tension on the actual servo arm itself, the tray will defer the pull pull torque. But as you recommended, I'll gladly try a single H51 on the rudder first to see how it fares.

But I do have about 20 x 42A's and 10 x H50's just sitting on the bench aching to be used.. LOL

I've been spoiled by the H50's and now H51's.

I like the yellow scheme your distributor has for the Edge. Wonder if they will ship to the states? Where are you guys getting the H51b's? I don't see them on Blue Birds site.

Hi Fenton,

Yes hobbyprosdepot.com can ship to the states but I believe Supatim Hastings carries them too NorthwestRC.com if you want to buy from USA.

As for the BB Servos, you can either buy direct or ask for them through the established reseller network. Up here, ThunderboltRC.com can order them for you.

The V2 is 1.5lbs lighter. The H51B's are a perfect fit too. Be careful because you will have to dial down rates with these stronger servos. There is absolutely no blow back whatsoever.

That's great to know, I'll be using the H51's all around. I noticed you were using 1.75" arms, even then you had to dial down the throws on elevator? How many degrees are you getting?

I'm shooting for 50 degrees or if possible 60 degrees, for elevator.
