Ok, my spinner back plate to the front edge of the cowling is 1.5". This is not too critical and I would recomened anything from 1.25" to 1.75" anything further forward than this will have the cylinders hit the front of the cowl.... (not good). You do want the engine spaced forward at least the 1.25" mark to help with propeller efiiciency.

Here are a few shots of mine, some of these may be repeats of earlier posts but you can see wher I have my batteries and things plus the engine spacing. Remember to install baffling. With the set up you see in the pictures I was a bit nose-heavy for IMAC.

It is very close, need to trim wing and stab tubes a bit and do the engine baffling and set the maiden C/G.

How many servos shall I have in this plane?

When I look at the pictures I think you have:

4-Ailerons
2-Elevator
2-Rudder
1-Throttle

Is it correct?

Is it ok to have:
4-Ailerons: Hitec HS-7955 TG Torque 250 oz (18 Kg)
2-Elevator: Hitec HS-7955 TG Torque 250 oz (18 Kg)
2-Rudder: Hitec HS-7950 TG Torque 403 oz (29 Kg)
1-Throttle: Digital standard servo

Or shall I have 6 servo on the Ailerons?

/Kristian

The specs on those servos are equal or greater than the servos that I run in mine. They will do nicely!

I have the 7955 through out the plane as you have listed and have no problems. They are running through a Power Box 40/24
