Let me find out if there's any rules as far as the amount of guess a member can bring. I'm a new member there so I'm not familiar with the rules, I'm sure it's fine as they area bunch of nice guys who don't believe in lots of rules anyway. BTW it is a 2.4 ONLY field, the only times 72 is allowed is during events when the other hamburg club shuts their field down.

Albert,

While I appreciate you checking, don't go getting yourself in trouble on my account. I can always fly somewhere else.

Vinny,

Got your voicemail. I'll be back home on Friday around 6:30pm but will be pretty wiped out. I'm in my last meeting, on a break at the moment and am scheduled to fly out of LAX at 7:25am with a direct flight to Charlotte NC, then on to Harrisburg.

Well, we can all bring our checkbooks.. It's just an hour away and if it is as good as I hear, it would be nice to belong to this club. Not sure how far it is from Jake.

Re: Intro to IMAC in DE

Its almost 2hrs from us... not sure how often I would make that drive. Depends what dues are?

This weekend looks like it's going to suck! rain and windy I would hate to spend 4hrs driving for a semi flyable day.

I will talk to the weather gods and see what they say.

Jake,

You still need to talk with them because it does not look like they listened, there's a 50% chance of crap tomorrow. today started OK but by 10:00 or so it got windy. At least I got the maiden out of the way on the Sukhoi.

You wanted to know how this thing flew if/when I got it.

I'm at exactly 22lbs WET and the engine was bad rich on the low end and only slightly rich on the high end and she still turned a bit over 6K on the prop and going uphill was no problem at all.

setup is 8611's on the elevators and ailerons and one 8711 on the rudder, DA85 on the MTW110 can and Li-IONs for eveything

Weather for tomorrow looks like 52 degrees,10 mph winds and cloudy. Perfect weather for wind correction practice.

Yep, I got plenty of that in today as well and on an untrimmed plane...

What's the plan for tomorrow. Vinny said something about being there around 9:30am and Jake, if you guys are coming do you what to meet up with me in Hershy or are you going to Vinny's house?

Gonna have to get the 40% out if you want to burn 2 without doing 17 flights..

So true !

2 gallons on a 40% = 6 flights
2 gallons on a 50cc = 2 weeks
