I have yet to see a single post of that clown trying to help anyone.
https://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/...7&postcount=47

he just makes use of the forums for spamming and trashing the competitor brands he sells.
I don't think in the real world he's a nice person. he's just a frustrated fake hobbyist because people don't buy his pizzabox even thought the other systems do cost the same or more and offer less features.

example: I love Ford I know whether it's a bad or good car for my needs. I don't need a Chevrolet rep to tell me I took the wrong decision.

Yes it comes with the case. It’s part of the cost bump.

Futaba USA is now selling this set for $1,649.00 that is a $700.00 drop. I've owned mine since Aug. 2018 and have loved it. The only thing I dislike about the radio is the screen lock has to be set every time the tx is turned on.

Sales were NOT sustainable at $2500+.

This is not one of those products you want to be an early adopter for.
Its now $1600... but I'd expect in the next year or two they offer those gimbals for the 16, 14 and other txs at an even lesser cost.

not now that the hobby is dying out... they all share the same hardware (except gimbals) 16SZ, 18SZ and 18SZ LE

2350 - 820 = 1530 U$ you could manufacture the LE gimbals in the USA for less than half and still make profit $$$

You may be right. Aluminum gimbals are a nice feature. Anything is possible when your dealing with Futaba. They could put those gimbals on any of their
TX's.

The 16SZ and 18SZ has completely different HW. Do not write nonsense here.

Can someone tell me why threads about Futaba products attract "none sense" and trolls. Can we have a serious conversation about a good product without someone being negative?

We are lucky to have a product as well designed as the 18sz available.

Completely different internal PCBs. That is the real HW, not switch or anything else.

Good point. Why is it always the Futaba threads that generate so much hate (mostly 1 person of course).
