Spoke with them in Toledo no new software to update 28x. New radio coming to replace it in the future.

Congratulations Frank! I know with what all you have on your plate in getting JR back to it�s previous lofty status the least of your worries is color choices. Just curious but who�s idea was it to come up with all the colored transmitters? I think even Spektrum has a color choice but I can think of nothing else that makes a radio line look so toyish.....I held a black pearl unit and a flat black unit when I was at Toledo and wasn�t entirely sold on these finishes. I do hope JR comes up with a high end flagship transmitter that doesn�t resemble the front grill of a 73 Pontiac or one of the transformer characters. I still have a good working 10x that has been relegated to flying duties up at the farm. Probably needs a backup battery but is still a good working unit. Good luck with future products..... Just think in terms of magnesium or black magnesium!

Happy for Frank and JR/DFA. Would be really upset if they did not do something to further expand programming and features for all of the loyal 28X users that have been hanging on. Not giving mine up either way.
