I'm mailing him per instruction shipping money via PayPal for free repair wood. He answers emails rarely.

I have found that he is very slow with email but responds within hours if messaged on Facebook.

Please note that right now it is the Chinese New Year holiday (approx 2 wks) and most businesses in China are shut down until approx February 14th. In other words, he might take a while to get back to you.
