It was a joke.

Local hobby shop has one in stock but its Ben sitting there for three years. Was hoping for a deal or a fresher one. Don't know if that makes a difference. Still have some planes so either way life continues.

And just for the record... NO WAY I'M REBUILDING. There is virtually nothing left of the body. Sure flew light though.

I don't think hangar9 did any updates to that airframe, so a 3 year old one shouldn't matter! You would think they would want to give you a deal on it to liquidate

Ah man that sucks,but here is a story that might help.Had a friend who taught his 20 something year old son to fly.One day at the field my friend and his son were both flying,his son called for landing,and since it was going to be his first solo landing my friend put his hands behind his back and watched his son land.Only after the landing did he remember he HAD been flying a plane also. This has got to be one of the funniest/saddest stories I've ever heard! It's funny because I can picture my dad doing this as I land! LOL. What plane was he flying that he forgot about?
