Lingo road binder... its basically a sugar solution used to bind gravel roads together for dust abatement during construction.. . with as little rain as you get it would probably last a couple years per application. I bet there are construction. contractors already using it or a similar product in the area... you want a lot of fine graded material in the pit area or just plane old dirt rolled out and lightly compacted.. its not expensive at all.
