Cut my first No Limitz spinner this week. What a nice looking complement to a PAU plane.

I got a one, carefully cut it and bc/cc. I had to do some minor sanding for a perfect assembly but I like not having a bolt in the center plus the Extra shape is like no other.. We should have a cutout database to reference props. Spinner, prop and plane pictures coming soon.

I know this is an old post, just received a Falcon 3 blade spinner with the cutouts already made. Any tricks to getting the back plate, prop and the screw holes all lined up at the two o'clock position?

- Drill the prop to put it in the 2 o'clock position using your drill jig and drill press

- Then put the prop on the back plate between 2 of the mounting ears

- Now put a 10mm bolt through the prop and b plate and loosely put a nut on the back of the plate

- Place the spinner cone the over the prop and line it up in the slot and put a couple of screws loosely into the cone on the plate to keep it from moving and when you are comfortable with the positioning of the prop ( I try to get equal spacing in the cutout for the leading edge and trailing edge of the prop in the cutout), tighten the nut enough by hand to keep the prop from slipping while you carefully remove the cone.

- After removing the cone tighten down the bolt and nut without moving the prop

- I then use the correct size drill bit through a prop bolt hole to mark but not drill though the backplate

- Remove the prop and place your drill jig on the drill mark on the backplate, tighten it down, and then drill your backplate holes with your drill press

Your done!

Now to drill another prop for the same spinner you just take the new prop and use the spinner and 10 mm bolt and nut to locate the prop correctly. Then from the back side of the already drilled backplate, I use a silver Sharpie to mark the prop through any bolt hole. Disassemble and the line up your drill guide using that mark and then drill your prop accordingly.

bmclaughlin, Thanks. That was easy to drill the prop and backplate.
