Pilot-RC Edge 540 V3 - Hamilton Scheme

Pilot-RC just announced a brand new scheme for their 107" Edge 540.

Count The Seconds! It's Coming in May 2016

The Edge 540 V3 from Pilot-RC just saw a trim scheme makeover, thanks to the Hamilton Watch Company. The 37% 107" Edge 540 is designed around a 100 - 120cc engine and weighs in right around 27.1 lbs. Pilot-RC says you should watch for it to show up in May, so check your local dealers. Here's some pictures to hold you over.

Best looking plane they have come out with, and better than EF, and H9 printed schemes IMHO.

I will have one of these someday! I just need a local to buy one now, and get tired of it and sell it to me used!

Looking at the control surfaces , This looks to be more of a scale plane than a 3d monster. Is this true?

wow pretty cool... especially since I live less than 2 miles from Clock Towers, the building where Hamilton watch built watches, in the USA, from 1892 till 1969.

It is based on a race design. That said, it looks like it will 3D just fine without those tips.

Ailerons are the same size as the previous model and it is a 3D monster. Elevators are bigger so it should 3D better than previous model. Wing tips won't really change that but you don't need to fit them.

Hope Pilot includes SFG in the package so pilots can choose but I doubt I'll ever use them with those sexy winglets included in the box
