IMAC - 4th Annual NATS warm-up near Columbus, OH - THIS WEEKEND!

Hey everyone, this weekend is the 4th Annual NATS warm-up near Columbus, OH.

Last year, I did a write-up on this awesome event...check it out here:
https://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/...d.php?t=199311

WHEN: Saturday, 06/24/2017 - Sunday, 06/25/2017
WHERE: Ashley, Ohio LOOK HERE
Plan to attend the Fourth Annual NATS WARM-UP here at our farm operation near Ashley, Ohio. The 800í long X 100í wide runway is laser smooth and manicured with a reel mower. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to take off and land on a long golf green, this would be the place to be! There are very few if any sites quite like it. We are located just north of Columbus, Ohio and about 5 minutes from the Interstate 71 and exit 140. Field coordinates are lat. 40.395204 and long.-82.899216.

Our private field is immediately adjacent to over 500 lineal ft. of parking/pit area AND both large shop bay's for ease of convenience. We have plenty of room for any size RV, trailer or camping. If you need water or power hook up for you RV, give me a call beforehand so we may reserve you a spot.

The North shop bay will be open to secure and park your plane in overnight. Planes will be secure and accessible to pilots and/or mechanics. It's very large so no real need to remove the wings or stabs. There are also many 110 outlets available to charge up your plane overnight. The South bay will be open with seating and tables for dinner, pilots meeting or just a place to cool off and hang out.

The field will be open all day Friday for pilots to arrive and get set up. Practice is encouraged and this would be a great time to meet veteran pilots to get advice on polishing up that routine or just working out some details with your caller before the contest. If you have never tried an IMAC contest and are interested, please stop by -better yet, bring your plane (electric, glow, gas/small or big) and learn how to get started. There are no requirements in the Basic class on size/type/power or plane! First timerís get a reduced entry fee and dinner on us!

Entry Fee:
∑ $37.00 (IMAC card)

∑ $42.00 (non-IMAC)

∑ $10.00 (first time basic competitior)

Entry fee includes one pilot BBQ dinner ticket for Saturday night. Saturday morning we will have a brief pilots meeting before flying. Plan on getting in three or more rounds of knowns. Early registration (before 8:30) is highly desirable. (AMA or MAAC membership is required)

Concessions will be available for lunch. Menu items to consist of cheeseburgers, brats, chips and drinks. Saturday evening will be the pilotís dinner, the cost of which will be included in your registration fee. Friends and family can join in for an additional charge. Stick around after dinner for some fun activities.

FYI- I have space available in the loft to stay overnight. There are shower/restroom facilites as well. This year we have one queen size bed and two bunkbeds available. The loft is attached to the South shop bay on site. Give Ron a call at: 740.225.0273 to get details and reserve a spot.

Plan early. You DONíT want to miss this one!
