My point exactly...Imagine an ENTIRE flying club... all using the same brand. Sounds like sheep to me, or cattle...lead one and the rest will follow.

What fails me is the size of said club...4,5,6 members that are close friends ? Understandable...

Anything over that and no one is thinking for themselves and just following the lead man.

Whats your malfunction WAHOO! You just like talking chit? 21 members to be specific with quite a bit of Giant Scale experience! Does our lack of SPEKTRUM failures bother you in some way?

Malfunction ? should've been malfunctionS as I have many. My club is also sub 30, and it would be a FREAK of nature if EVERYONE of them used the same brand.

Just pointing out the obvious.

Your absolutely right WAHOO! So to save you any more outbursts there are two upcoming JETI's in the club! LOL. So now the club is no longer exclusively SPEKKY DSM(X). Does that make you feel any better. And thanks for the concern!

Wahoo, why would you call it a freak of nature if everyone in a club, especially a small club would have the same brand of radio? our club has 50+ members .... 1 member has Airtronics, 1 member has JR and since it is a 9303 it is pretty much like Spektrum, all the rest fly Spektrum, so where is the "freak" at??

I am a JR 12X owner that has been waiting for a JR Flagship type radio
for almost 2 years. I agree with those of you that want a metal case, large
screen, flexible programing, internal telemetry, an audio interface, a
wide variety of switch types and a company that will communicate with their
users on Flying Giants.
I to believe JR makes a big mistake not communicating with users on this forum.

I saved my money in order to buy a Futaba 18MZ but I’m still not sure it’s
a good move, $3,000.00, new receivers, learning new programing, so I
just wait.

I watched the Jeti videos and started to read the DC/DS 16 manual and I must
say the radio is impressive. When you turn it on it will give you the weather report.
The software is understandable and is upgradable. It has an enormous amount of
features, even servo tester (not sure how the servo tester works).
There are instructions on how to replace or upgrade switches, sticks and battery so
you can do it yourself if you wanted to.
It seems to have all the features any other radio has and more but has a price
of $1600.00
I have not held one in my hands to see how it feels.

Well, the best way to remedy this is to order one and see for yourself. We can make it easy for you. Order the radio and keep it for 10 days. If you decide the Jeti is not for you then return it and we will refund the purchase price 100%. You are responsible for the shipping cost and the radio must be returned in retail condition. No other strings attached

Does the 10 day return policy apply to your other dealers as well? Or is it just you the distributor that has that deal? If I order from one of your dealers do I get a 10 day return policy?

I just asked Lou if this applied to purchases through him too - He said absolutely yes.
So I ordered my DS16...

I’m reading up on Jeti receivers and PowerBox interfacing.
I appreciate your response and I’m giving it serious consideration.

You can interface a Jeti receiver to a Power Box the same as any other receiver with servo outputs. This being said the best option for larger aircraft is the Jeti Central Box 200 http://www.espritmodel.com/jeti-cent...ic-switch.aspx

As for our other dealers they are free to do as they want as long as they do not violate our pricing policies.
