PS. using the wayback machine I was quickly able to find this image posted in early 2007. It was just the beginning of the scheme but the wings are pretty much the final scheme.

you're making my head hurt, this is the wrong scheme, this is the "victory" scheme as it is apparently called... the one that was copied is the "radical" scheme, the way back machine will not be finding prior art because the prior art didn't turn up until Nick designed it in 2010...

...also, the wings isn't the problem, it's the totally ripped off fuselage.

I'd really like to see some indication that makes Nick the copier... and Nick doesn't get out much, it was either at a Toledo show, Ohio Huckfest, or it was posted online, he's not going to see it any other place.

Now, for a fact I know that Nick created his without prior art, pencil on paper. the rest of the blah-blah babble is what it is. I could type a whole bunch and say that I wrote the constitution of the USA too. No, wait... I DID write the constitution! I got it copyrighted and everything, it's just on a computer that I don't have access to at the moment. I sent it to WashintonGrafx for stickers and detailing, so as soon as I get the email back from them I'm going to give the USA a cease and desist letter...

Changing the image read "2006" across the "watermark" is impossibly difficult to pull off... it *must* be genuine. Nick linked to facebook and youtube videos, got any of those?...

copying schemes is lame.

bull... shnit... dude. you've just made the funniest post of 2013 (it's early days but it might have the stamina to last all year!). anyways, you're playing the peacemaker again which is no surprise. these two planes getting the exact same thing is literally impossible. Nick copied or TopDawg did, period. Brandon was out flying it all 2011, youtube videos and photos all over the place. For the other side, so far the're words and a scheme image which is a two second job in illustrator to change the watermark.

I'm going to back off, but I leave this conversation with nothing actually proven about the other scheme... but no fear, there's plenty of company in the pantheon of scheme copiers... HobbyKing, Skywing, and the rest of the nasty pile of chinese copiers.

See ya'z all at Nall!

(or WRAM show or Toledo... etc etc. happy to have someone come and get mad at me)
