Just wondering

Hi guys I placed an order a few days ago and I have received nothing than the invoice after checkout. I called today and left a message and no call back so im just wondering if this is normal? First time ordering from them, I ordered a motor and few other things for my plane. I live in the next state over.

I would guess with Black Friday sales and I am pretty sure that they may have just received a container that they are swamped right now. Trust me, this is an awesome company and awesome people running it. You will get your things they may just be running a bit behind right now.

My last order to EF was in October.
In that case, the new order acknowledgment email arrived before the payment receipt from PayPal.
Communication was very good, with notifications of order processing, and shipping, complete with tracking info. Emails arrived from the address info@extremeflightrc.com.
I’ve always been very pleased with their service and responsiveness.

This is my first order, I don't know anyone personally to contact but like I called and even left a voice mail. I work like most and run a side business, its important to know when things are coming so I can arrange to be there. This is not the season to leave boxes at your door, I will try calling again. I have no doubt they are a good company just need a little information is all.

Good news: Coincidentally (or not), I just got my order confirmation e-mail. Bad news: realized I ordered the incorrect spline count on a bunch of servo arms..

Hang tight, in addition to the shipping craziness after the Black Friday-Cyber Monday long weekend we also received a container on Tuesday and have an employee out sick.
