Glad to hear your involved in this. I think it is one of the best things a company can do to promote both their product and our hobby. I dont know you personally but I have enjoyed watching your build and see your new products come off the board.
Now finish the extras so we can see a Yak or Suk in the future LOL... |

Moving right along on this plane. I have the bottom sheeted and glued on. The turtle is sheeted and ready to be glued on tomorrow. I have the stabs sheeted and the root caps glued on and the incidence set on both. The vertical is sheeted and ready to mount along with the rudder. I have the wings here at the house tonight and I'm making the sheeting for them. Sheeting them tomorrow morning early before I head out and check on the guys at the job sites. I should have some great pics to post tomorrow.
I could use some help on a covering scheme. We are using Red, Yellow and Midnight Blue. Lets see what you guys can come up with. Nothing to crazy guys. It needs to be something everyone can agree on. I see if Sleepy can throw in some swag to the design we pick to put on the plane. Thanks Guys. |

Here are some pics of the progress. Both wings are sheeted and I'm gluing one root cap on while I'm typing this. I've cut both stabs and I'm capping those off before i leave the shop tonight. Rudder just needs cleaning up then I can hinge that. Come back tomorrow night, I'll have more. It's coming together very quickly.
Just in case you haven't seen pics of this plane finished. Look below. |
