We are a week away from the Lexington Contest. The field will be open all day on Friday for practice. I will be at the field from 9 AM until dark. I will have signs posted on the exit ramp on where to go. The address to the field is 4200 Hedger LN, Lexington, KY. It is shaping up to be a very good turnout. We currently have 25 pilots pre registered. The plan for Saturday is to have pilots meeting around 8:30 and wheels up at 8:45-9:00 AM. I would like to get 3 rounds in on Saturday. For those camping at the field, I will have a band showing up around 5 PM and play until around 7-8 PM. We have a couple raffle airplanes for registered pilots: 1. E-flite Diamante 2. E-Flite mini ultra stick. We also have some raffle items coming from Desert Aircraft. I'm getting excited to host my first contest, but it is up to the pilots to make this a great contest. I just talked to Chris and the pilot meeting will be now be at 8:15am on Saturday.
He wants to have planes in the air by 8:30am.
He wants to fly Freestyle on Saturday night.

This sounds like a good time. Sorry to see you moved up, but good for the rest of old timers. Its looks like we have to go after Ben and your old plane. You got to see how good he is flying it. I will be in Lexington on Friday taking care of my laundramat on Newtown Pike and I am bringing my plane with me. Angela is going to drive down that evening with the camper so we will be spending the weeekend at the field. Should be at the field around noon to get some extra pratice in.
Ben, Ric and me want a cage match. SO LETS GET READY TO RUMMMMMBLE.

awsome Mike! now I'm really bummed that Kaitie will not be with me this weekend she turned 6 last Wed. ...nothing like an IMAC birthday celebration!!

I REALLY think Chris needs to stay in Sportsman for this contest and move up after it.
That will make a great competition to watch in that class. Lots of good Sportsman pilots these days.
(I think he's scared of getting beat though)
