Is the 1- 1/2 your actual OD of the tube that fits inside?

I have 1 phenolic sleeve measuring 1.510" ID x 1.604" OD x 21" I was shorted one tube from an old Great Planes kit. I ended up ordering a set from TNT. Those ended up being paper and I was expecting phenolic. Didn't want to go that route so I went CF from GraphTech which I retrofitted.

Long story short. If that is your size I have 1 phenolic and 2 paper tubes if needed. Shoot me a PM if interested.
