I obviously missed it and can’t find a lot of info online about it, but can someone elaborate on KOLM GmbH and the new company?

I can

270 deg crankshaft or 180deg crankshaft on 2cyl.

First creates a more aggressive V sound. Perfect for fighter planes.
180 runs smoother. I prefer that for older biplanes and similar.

thought about starting a new thread, but maybe its not placed bad here :-)

First of all i had to make space for the engine. this plane flew in the past with a 4cly Boxer 2stroke. so big difference in install and baffling.

then i made a template at the front end to ensure a perfect center position.
the engine got wooden blocks underneath till it was aligned perfect.
normally i donīt do it that way, but this engine is unbelievable heavy. no way to hold it with one hand and make markings or put it in place with the other hand.
rear engine mount (Firewall) is slighly glued in. this will get more epoxy and carbon fiber when i check for the correct engine position.
next step will be the front support and then i check if we got a perfect match on the spinner plate.

Need some advice what oil are you running in the Kolm engines, not asking oil ratio but the manufacturer and any other info to identify the oil and from whom.

I did do that and the oil they recommended is not available in USA, Canada and Germany. So what I was trying to find out was what are they using instead of the recommended oil.
They recommended Valvoline 2T oil syn-power.
