Need Advice 3W275 CS TS fuel line install

Hi Guys I'm looking for some advice!!. I bought a used 3W 275 CS TS from a member on here that was in a mid air but he shut off the engine and it never damaged the crank shaft. The fuel strainer fitting on the Tillotson carb was broke off and I ordered a new one. My question is there is 2 fittings on this carb. 1 is metal which I believe is the diaphragm, and the rear blue fitting is the fuel strainer. Which one goes where on the fuel tank and how do you pressurize up the diaphragm? Or do I have this all backwards??. My experience with a Tillotson is very limited as I'm only used to Walbro carbs. I've checked the engine for a nipple that would supply pressure to the carb to supply the diaphragm for the fuel and found nothing on the engine or anywhere , so I'm stumped!!. there nothing in the manual that even mentions any of these fittings???

Any advice would be much appreciated!!. Thanks in advance.

Rooman if you look at my picture there nothing coming off my engine like a nipple to reference the photo that you sent. I googled pictures of the 275 and found similar photos like the one you posted but I cant find it anywhere?

In your first pic , it looks like a port for a nipple on the ridge section ?

You are probably not far from Aircraft International in Stuart, FL. Call and see if he can give you some 1 on 1 time about the ins and outs of that engine. And, he can repair that carb for you, while there.

Plastic one is fuel inlet and the metal one is the vacuum pulse line. You connect it with a piece of hose to the other one on the intake of the motor.
