Not receiving email notifications

Does anyone know why I do not receive email notifications anymore from FG? I have my setup to receive instant email notification to pages I am subscribed to and PMs but a month ago I stopped receiving any of these. Any clue how to fix it?

It's currently broken. We have it on the list for the techs, but we're not sure when it will get fixed.

It’s still not working for me. Also in the marketplace, when I click on the “my ads” tab, none of the ads I’ve made late last year show up which is annoying. Any idea when this stuff will be working again?? It’s been like 6 months :/

Both of those items are still open cases with the techs. I don't have a way to know when they will be fixed.
