Hey folks....

I finally got around to posting my photos from my first trip to Tucson....

as a first time sportsman pilot. (heck, I only solo'd 3 yrs ago...and I'm old!)..it was a bit overwhelming... but what a great experience...

and for anyone thinking about it... the TAS was one of the most amazing experiences for me....

Nice photo's Curtis, is that the first time you met Wayne Geffon? And did you drive or Fly to Tucson? I've never made it there either and would like to some time. I'm sure you debated many times before making the trip?

Sadly, I have known Wayne for quite some time

and I drove....
it worked out to be about the same for me to drive or ship and fly (money wise)

but MAN, the 33+ hr drive from Michigan is NOT fun!

One of the Great memories I have from IMAC for the last couple of years and Tucson...

Yes he is, I met him for the first time at the Toledo Show this year and he's a class act. He also helped me with a couple questions, plus he was willing to help me with my first IMAC contest.

Curtis, I looked for you this year at the Toledo Show and they told me I just missed you. I'll try again in 2008 to catch up with you at Toledo.

Man... I tried...they were there... I'm just too much of a wuss to take the "good" pics!
But Wow! they were 'out" in full force....


and not the " Ewwwww... they are all old adn saggy" kind

honestly we were all so exhausted at the end of the day.. I was too tired to go out!

even if I saved up my worst flights of the season....just for Tucson... I would never trade it back!
