Smart fly ignition cutoff

Any way to power it from a receiver like the Ultra IBEC. Or do you have to use battery ..

You can but it does not have any of the filtering on the ignition side of the switch. It is not designed to have reciever battery voltage used. It is designed for a stand alone battery. I just use a LiIon 250 mah is battery. 3.5oz.

This particular plane I bought has a regulator on ignition to drop voltage since itís a DA engine.

A regulator (at least the ones I'm familiar with) don't have any RF filtering.

Yes I’m aware the regulator doesn’t have any RF. Was just wondering if I could pull power from RX instead of battery like other ignition kills is all.
