yeah I had seen the scheme ins Red, white, and blue but I think it looks even better in the version Jerry found. If I remember correctly Pat Hartness' is in the Red, White, and blue.

Awesome Jerry!! You should bring it to the Judging school this weekend for Sunday. It's only gonna be 21 degrees with winds 8 gusting to 16 across the runway.

Hey Jerry, give this a try on your header bolts Takes a few mins on the drill press to drill out with a 1/16 bit on the bolt head, some cutting oil and .025 wire. I had enough space on the header flange for a hole to anchor the wire to or you could go bolt to bolt with the safety wire.

Header bolts coming lose are a thing of the past for me

I remember helping my dad tie down bolts like that on his circle track car when I was a kid. He used to say it doesn't matter how tight you get them when you got a car turning 7000RMP and flying around in circles the. Everything starts to come loose.

I tried to stay in the 10% rule right down to the scheme. This was the 2012 Demo plane that has a custom paint job. As soon as I found it I knew I wanted that color scheme.

Below is a picture of the parts for the pipes. I machined an inlet and welded it to a 32 inch long 2 inch .035 wall tube. The baffles are the flat plates in the picture. The tubes connect the chambers and the 90 degree elbow is the exit tube. I used these pipes in my plane last year and they worked out great.
