So I'm flyin a foamy at the skatepark as my boy and his friends are skateboarding on the ramps and trying to hurt themselves. I have been skating for some 30 years or so, however I keep it now on level ground. So there I go.......waiting for a battery to charge..........on a longboard..............turning to the left on my backside...............big this crack in the pavement........break my right leg.

Did this Thursday night. Had surgery Friday with the full insertions of pins and screws, released Saturday night, wake up Sunday morning to a new website.

Can't move, so I'm sure I will spend the next few days filling the new site.

Yea, thanks to Biff and Maxx for giving a new toy for my busted leg.

Damn tony, that sucks... you should know better than to do anything that might jepordize your ability to get to the field!

Broken legs happen around us all the time. We say so it happens and is the fact of life. However, when it happens to one of us flyers, we feel it many times more than when it happens to a non flyer (I think). I guess we know how much we all want to get to the field. Lucky for you it is winter time Be sure to get well by the time weather gets better.

I do have a suspicion that he did this on purpose as he needed an excuse to be glued to his monitor so he can rack up some posts.


Biff and Max:

Can we have "Most post of the week award" here? It would be nice to know which one of us has no life. In order to prevent false post count ( posting things like "very nice" "yes" "no" and similar short comment) a post should be of certain length to be counted.

What do you think?

Got some foamy time in yesterday. Zane got a pic on my phone. Wierd sitting down flying. It was kinda brezzy and the backwards knife edges were kickin my butt.

Tough life Tony. But suppose someones got to do it.

But I give you credit where credits due, that is one hell of a way to get Xmas off.

Got out to the flying field for the first time since I broke my leg. Had some good buds help me out starting my plane and stuff.

16 days from breakage & surgery to huckin it.

Just was not up to hauling the big one out so I stuck with quick and easy, so it was profile time.

Looking good.. Actually sitting down like that looks pretty comfy!! You might have started a new trend!!!!!!

Ynot was at my field yesterday . .gimping around and looking all crippled and disabled. But at least he is up on 2 legs, no crutches, now.

Way to go Tony .. Get back to 101% soon!!!
