Branline Laser 200 38% or Miami Valley Models

Hello

I’m looking for info on a new model I’m getting. I believe it’s a Miami Valley Models or Branline Laser 200 38%. Does anyone have any plans for either? I’d like to know the suggested CG and control throws.

How did these compare to the Jack Strickland 40% Laser? Seems very close in size.

This one I’m getting has a new looking Brison 6.4ci on it. Any idea how good that will fly it? Seems fairly light for the size of the model and era it was built/designed in. I’m a huge fan of the old sachs engines just curious if anyone else has used one on one of these?

Any and all info would be Great! I love the old Lasers!

Had a MVM Laser back in the late 90's with a DA-150. It was a blast to fly, would do Knife edge spins beautify. If memory serves, I had the CG at or just behind the wing tube, it was a very forgiving plane balance wise. I found that extending the ailerons inboard to the last bay next to the fuse helped considerably for torque rolls.
