So did the OP contact the company before posting a vague, incomplete sentence rant? Is this some type of hoax?

One thing, I know about Chris that he wants his customers to contact his company directly if there is a problem. If you treat him with respect, I guarantee he will do the same to you.

Sorry busy working to respond to my rant lol.
I used to shop at a local hobby shop that never got your order right or knew what you were talking about. Just terrible service (my experience). So I stopped shopping there the second we had another local shop open up that sold the good planes (3dhs). Been spending my hard earned money there for years now. Because they help you ,your not just a dollar sign to them.
Then on the weekend I get to read my mail. What do I find in my Maac magazine, an advertisement from the crappy hobby shop ( my opinion again) saying their the new dealer. What the heck ,I have to deal with shipping and these simple people again if I want 3dhs or extreme flight. I call my local shop and ask what's up man. His reply "I just found out couple weeks ago" the magazine was most likely ready to print a month ago. I know because I've submitted stuff to it before and they require lots of time ahead of printing. So obiously extreme flight made up their mind to dump the dealer that had started their fan following in Canada for someone else. I understand business is business. But i consider that low real low. I'm only one person but when their stock runs out, I'm done with extreme flight. I will buy aeroplus from now on.
