Joe and Wayne, looking forward to seeing this thread. I guess that old Super Extra won't see its 1000th flight anytime soon....
I see a bottle of gorilla glue on the table. Did you use this instead of Probond (now Ultimate Glue)? If so, do you like it better and why might I use this instead? Dave |

Although the aircraft is called the Yak 55SP, it is actually an Arsenyiev or Technoavia SP-55M and it was designed by the same individual who designed the Yak 55M. It is a "highly" modified full scale aircraft specifically built for competition.

OK, yesterday plans of working on the Yak fell to the waste side. Between Wayne taking his wife out on a date and me running errands with my wife and boys, we didnt hit a lick on the plane. Today, after helping the wife clean the house in preperation for her family comming in for the holidays, I was able to sneak out for awhile as well as Wayne making it over after his "honey do list".
