It sounds to me like there's a problem in the circuit board.
I would give Smart Fly a call since they manufacture the EQ6.

I would give Quest Engineering (Smart Fly) a call on Monday morning to explain the problem and go from there.In the mean time I wouldn't fly the plane knowing there's a problem.

hello

i had the same problem on channel 2 with output A it wouldnt work.
called smartfly and he told me that it wont effect any other circut on the board all circuts are isolated. he told me to send it back and they would take care of it . or i could wait till after the flying season and send it back in the fall of the year and they would fix iy then . i still would call them , but he reassured me it was safe to fly my plane , i am using b and c ports on channel 2. i have flown 10 times and no issues at all i will send mine back this fall.

I have the same issue will wait until end of the session to send it in. Really don't feel like reprogramming 14 servos

Either way you slice it it sounds like there's a problem with your unit and it needs to be either repaired or replaced.
But it's your airplane and your call.
