If you put 20% down, you don't need PMI right? Also, in leiu of another apprasial, would they accept a BPO (broker price opinion)? Sorry you are having this trouble. You should go ask ACORN for help. Just tell them you are running a brothel with underage girls and they will be happy to help. I'm lucky, I have a beautiful $300,000 home on 5 acres in the Columbia River Gorge, the only problem is that we paid >$500,000. Sorry, I didn't read the whole thread, just the first page. |

Re: HOUSE BUYING FROM HELL
My house I live in now got broke in to today
Well o am on the I phone here at the house with the mess close to cleaned up. Short and to the point is all the guns laptops pc's dive gear jewlery tax info safe flat pannel TV's big screen electronics trashed the house broke windows dumped almost every drawer in the house coins money check books meds etc etc anything of value gone it was a team deal b/c a 50 inch ain't easy to load. Happened between noon and 4 They fuucking smashed the entire house. So kala is in Kansas calling about this and that with me liking for it with some found but most missing. Neighbors say four punks pull in his house and then run back back to the truck when he came out. Phucking my luck. I can't catch a phucking break to save my life. Why is it the good people in the world get this crap thrown at them. Back to the beer and heart aches. Josh |

Re: HOUSE BUYING FROM HELL
Josh,
I deal with this everyday and handle claims for 100s of break ins a year. If you need any help or advise filing your claim PM me. Sorry to hear about your loss. It does sound like at least a couple of guys with a truck or van due to the volume of stuff taken |

Re: HOUSE BUYING FROM HELL
Had a story on the news about a week ago, guy was home, door gets kicked in (Orlando Florida) guy picks up handgun, punk comes in, punk catches 9mm in chest. End of case. That is justice.
As for FHA loan, I was all set to go that route last year about this time, had my down payment in place, credit was good enough, when our realtor tells our mortgage broker that the county we are looking at qualifies for USDA lending. http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/Home.html I think first thing, Steaks? Then I find out that county qualifies because it is considered "Rual" low population vs land mass. Best thing, we qualified for the USDA loan, with ZERO down payment. The county is Flagler County in Florida. |
