It’s a really good-looking plane. Never owned one so I’m no help there. But it looks like they are following the now-normal construction methods of other popular brands so it should be nice and light. I own an EF 52” Extra and really like it. But I will offer that depending on your skill level and what you’re trying to accomplish, you might look at the 42-48” lineup from Twisted Hobbys. I’ve owned the three below and loved every one of them. The power packs they offer make setup a breeze and are totally worth the money. I don’t know if there’s a bigger bang for the buck in the hobby for practicing / getting better at 3D flying.

Something like 15 years ago I had a Katana MD. They are really well built ARFs, quality on par with all the popular giant scale 3D companies. They where one of if not the first to do the CF/balsa construction thing.. before even EF.
Nothing bad to say about it, if current models are made as well you should be happy. |
