does anyone know if the viton tubing stays more flexible and won't stiffen up like the clunk line in the video ? It's expensive enough it should have some magic in it.

Keith B.,
I saw close up pictures of your plane on “Submit Plane Pictures Only”. I did not want to comment on that thread because they just want the pictures but you did a great job. You have a very unique scheme that’s presents the plane well. I know the orange is very easy to see in the air. The work on the pilot is fantastic how many hours did you spend on it? What other modifications did you make? Because of your comments earlier about the Walbro Carburetor and its cleaning, I asked a fellow club member to give a class on the Walbro. We have in one day 5 people that would like to attend. This member is very knowledgeable and is the go to guy in our club when it comes to motors. Another fellow club member that is an excellent machinist and also has a great reputation with engines volunteered to lend us the carbs to work on for the class. I for one know I could take the carb apart to clean the screens but putting back together correctly is another story. We hope to learn about any special tools required and any other pitfalls you may run into when you take the carb apart. Thanks for the thoughtful comment and the inspiration. Paul |
