3.5lbs/wing is friggen light ! my 35% wings were heavier than this but they had 2 servos each plus links and horns. what sweet plane cant wait to fly it, but I will

I see yours and they fit below the truss , mine were 20mm longer and have 2 positions for ail yours has one

Mine also has 2 holes in the stock carbon arm that came with the kit. That is an old photo. (the metal servo arm is covering the 1st hole. - I have since shortened my metal servo arm and now I can use both holes).

I think the issue is that your servo arm does not allow you to place the stock carbon arms behind the servo arm. I had to get the savox 2290 arms for this reason. The carbon arms fit this servo arm perfectly.

Your right. The arm is top of the servo wheel. It does get full deflection so im going forward. The pull pull rudder hardware is shirt. Any suggestions on a new setup

When applicable, an offset bellcrank and cross pull-pull wires is what I have used in the past.

I used the stock hardware - worked OK for me.

don't mod parts ! this is correct and thanks for the pics to fix my build. for now I have to live with it like it is. was hoping to order 2 new aileron bell-cranks if possible what do you think ?

Yes I'd get new servo arms if yours do not allow the carbon arm to sit at the back and also order 2 new carbon arms. (I am sure you can also make them yourself).

ive got plenty of CF but they have a nice bushing that makes it more difficult.

It does a brass bushing with an od of 5MM and id of 4MM. Fairly easy to find.
