Father Don, should be getting the Pro Flow cans tomorrow. Nice pic's. This is my first experience with headers and cans. I noticed that you are using red or orange Permatex on the headers. Do you still use the gaskets? Thanks!

Hey Scott: Thanks. No gasket. I've had really good results with the Permatex. I'm using the Ultra Copper and I've had no leaks. Have it on all my planes.

Do these come with headers.....im looking to outfit my DA85 and am guessing 1/2 the 170 combo would work on the 85?

Do you have something for the 50cc guys...

No. I have no plans to built headers. Simply buy them from DA, Chief Aircraft or A.I. Yes, one of these will work great on the DA85.

1, any specific length header or just the std that DA sells..... 2, on a std pitts muffler right now(no pipe) i have a problem in hover with plane either falling or jumping out.... would be nice to have a even low end

Any Db comparison same props same engine, ie., DA 170 31-12 prop KS 95 Vs. Da 170 31-12 Pro Flow cans?

Hi Matt, I have done lots of header lenth testing and we settled on 10.5"

The falling and jumping is exactly why I designed my own canisters. However having the wrong prop can assist you in some falling and jumping as well. The entire system has to work good together as a team.
