Una vista mas clara

Estiramos el papel y lo colocamos debajo del motor.

Entonces con un marcador dibujas el motor en el papel bordeandolo. (nota: si estas usando pitts muffles o standard muffles tienes que montarlo y dibujar donde caeria primero en el papel, cortarlo y luego dibujar el motor introduciendo el muffle por el roto del papel para entonces lograr tomar la cilueta del motor. En mi caso, voy a utilizar un tuned pipe con header que no requiere una salida hacia abajo.

Luego quitamos el papel del avion.

Lo cortamos por la linea con un exacto.

Retiramos el pedazo de adentro

Le presentamos el papel al crown centralizando el punto en el cuadro que tiene por dentro y lo doblo en los bordes del cuadro para que se marque en el papel.

Retiramos el papel. Aunque no se aprecia muy bien en la foto hay 2 lineas marcadas de el dobles.

Luego cortamos esas dos lineas.

Entonces lo montamos nuevamente en el crown centralizandolo.

Aseguramos el area donde vamos a marcar el roto del motor en el crown con tape y lo marcamos.

Luego retiramos el papel.

Con un dremel cortamos el crown por las marcas que tenemos hechas.

Retiramos el pedazo de crown y lo limpiamos.

Luego de probarlo me di cuenta que le hacia falta 1/8 mas de pulgada y se lo corte. Luego lo monte.

Una vista por debajo.

Luego le monte el canopy para probar que cuadrara bien.

Monte la propela y spinner para probar que no chocara. Tambien lo hice por fiebre que queria ver como lucia. Esa propela es malisima, no es la que va a ir montada.

Otra foto de frente.

Parte de abajo. Todavia falta hacerle los rotos de ventilacion en la parte de abajo y darle terninacion al borde para que quede mas bonito.

Pasamos el heatgun para que se peque bien el ultracote.

Preparamos el hardware que vamos a usar.

En cada roto donde van los tornillos ponemos una gota de CA.

Le hechamos CA al tornillo tambien y luego montamos los horns.

Presentamos el servo y le hacemos los rotos de los tornillos con la barrena 1/16.

Luego le hechamos CA a cada roto.

Montamos el servo. Va del otro lado.

Le montamos los tornillos.

Volteamos el servo horn, montamos los ball link y le hechamos Locktite del azul a los tornillos.

Centralizamos bien el medio. Se me olvido sacarle fotos al tape que le puse al elvador para mantenerlo en el medio.

Una vez centralizado ajustamos.

Yo le cambie el servo arm por uno mas largo para tener rates mas agresivos para 3D.

bueno. Hoy termine el otro elevador y comenze con las alas.

Como siempre comenzamos pasandole el heat gun.

Y luego la plancha con una media puesta para evitar que se queme el Ultracote.

Le monte los control Horns echandole CA a los rotitos y a los tornillos.

Luego le hice los rotos de los tornillos del servo y le puse la extencion.

Asegure la coneccion de la extencion y el servo con un strap.
