Many people just use the prop they plan to fly with. That’s my preference.

always helps to supply as much information as possible in advance. For example, Desert Aircraft doesn't advocate the use of so called break in props, and following that advice, many of us don't use them. We just slap on whatever the motor normally calls for.

As per the other guys advise, The only consideration is to not give the engine a hard time and don't get it too hot, ie No long hovers , Extended full throttle flight etc,

Plenty of Heating and cooling cycles, Ie Stall turns, cuban 8s etc. will help with a good & Quicker break in.

People that recommend so called break-in props are the same people selling props
