SCAM-smartlessflight email

Just giving people heads up back in February got an email through this site about some items for sale at some discount mostly engines, transmitters, and electric motors (under the impression was like an estate or something). I sent money through PayPal may23 for a transmitter and motor/esc combo after keeping in touch through email and text. I have been told several times the items shipped, and various excuses to this point but they refuse to send tracking info. PayPal account shows “Samuel Jolly” and the email correspondence was jrmmichelle@yahoo.com. Phone number was listed out of Texas. Not sure if PayPal will do anything but just a heads up.

S**t. I do believe this is the same scam. Probably nothing PayPal can do, but absolute minimum I want these people investigated and their PayPal account shut down. My biggest problem is it was PayPal balance and not funded with a credit card

Try to always pay with a cc... that way you can always start a cc fraud claim and get your money back.

Learned that after i got scammed too.
