Interesting about the plugs. Dave shared with me a while back that the 120 wouldn’t run right with angled plugs. Looking forward to seeing it becoming available.

Then, I guess Cassie didn't consult with his dad as there was two options about 2-3 months ago .


Cassie gave me the dimensions so I could inquire to other aircraft manufactures if this engine would fit under certain cowls.

Its not smaller than the DA170 however it is about the same length as the 150 and with the slanted plugs is just a hair narrower than the 170. DA is working with Mejl on a 3 blade that will be ideal for it and about two weeks ago they had about 5 production models ready to ship. It will probably be a great alternative to the 4 banger.

14-1/4” with caps on is what I was told,,, not sure if that was the straight or angled plug measurement.
