Above is a good link to an article on 3drcforums talking about the shipping strike and its effect on our hobby and its related industry/companies. It has a few photos as well. Near and dear to my heart is Aeroworks but countless other businesses are also effected. To have your merchandise anchored off shore for months has to be excruciating. Tentative agreement signed Friday. All are back to work, but will take a while to catch up.

Catch up???? the places run 24/7 the only way they "catch up" is if nobody ships anything for the next 3 months.......

To avoid an outright strike they "slowed down" for several weeks, if they run at full capacity then stuff will clear out but it will take weeks or months to get the backlog cleared and get on schedule.
