Any Flair 1/4 scale PT-17 Stearman kit for Sale? Thanks

I have a 1/4 scale Stearman 94" built on plans by M.F.Mecklenburg back in the 90's.

I just did a search and found the plans are available from Ziroli for $65.

They are listed under Designer Scale Plans by Others.

The plane is very scale but it is a real PITA to assemble at the field (takes me about 2 hours) and disassembly is about an hour, so unless you can hanger it assembled at your field it isnt great for day trips.

Not sure if the scale gear struts are readily available anymore from Robart. Probably special order.

I love flying it.

If you were to modify the plans such that the top and bottom wings were 3 pieces as opposed to one piece and the wing pairs could be stored assembled it would make a great scale plane.
