I bought my laser about three years ago from Epilog. Very nice to have. Epilog is a very good company in Colorado with great service and well built machines. I got the 36 x 24 120w model: http://www.epiloglaser.com/legend_36ext.htm but they do make smaller machines.

LOL, Yeah I already got that like 50 times. then it is like....what is autocad.
I don't mind working with people trying to help them but it just takes soooo long to convert a raster to a useable vector. I would love to find an easy and accurate way of doing that.

Ok, here is a little project I have been working on. Not related to RC bit cool. I have designed my own poker table and chips and need an opinion. below are pics of the table so far and what the chips will look like. the question is should I make the other side of the chips the same as below or do something different?? Decisions Decisions...

Ooh that reminds me Rob, Have you made / drawn out tags on the biggie plan? Makes for better fitting and much stronger joints.

LOL, what really took up the time was the 10 seat poker table complete with custom chips, and case. . I assume by "tags" you meant Tabs to interlock everything? if so Yeah, I am trying to spend more time designing the jigging into it now so I don't have to do it later. and then.....you change things on me.. LOL, j/k it is easy to do and worth it in the end for sure! Let me think about the kit thing, we may be able to work something out. Didn't know you flew electric.

I made these today for a club member. material is G-10 Garolite (phenolic). I gotta hit them with some cleaner to get the soot off the edges

I know this is resurrecting an old thread but are you still digging the rabbit laser?

I've currently got an itch to get a laser engraver/cutter to play around with and rabbit is one of the ones I'm considering vs. paying twice as much for an epilog/universal desktop setup.

I know Universal and Epilog are top of line. But how good are the Ebay clone imports?
