And there will be more pics later, as I get into this I realize I have designed and made a bunch of stuff, like wire guides, NACA ducts, "X" mounts for electrics etc.

Gary, I'm noticing that the MXS baffles transition from round inlet to rectangular cylinder shape. Does this provide better airflow over the cylinder fins?

Could this be done for the EF Extra 91/104" baffles? Maybe it doesn't really even make any difference in cooling efficiency??

Yes, the MXS is a newer design and I did that with the Edge as well. I could do that with the Extras, but gents with data acq have been reporting very good results as is, so they have not been changed.

Cool......the main thing is to have air flow directed over the cylinder cooling fins. I imagine it would be pretty hard to measure any net change in temperature due to the aft shape of the baffle.

What is not shown in the MX2, is a curved blade so the airflow is correct, this did not have that. It stiffens it as well. I have a new CFD software program I am learning, so perhaps I will be able to optimize them soon.

Hi Gary, I'd like to get a set of the EF 104 Baffles for the DA 120 in Red if possible. How can we place orders with you as it looks like I will be needing a lot more of your stuff in the future?
