Anyone ever relocate a side carb?

I have a side carb engine but the carb will stick out a lot. If I could point it down with a 90 tube it would fit in the cowl. Are there already made adapters for this? Anything off the shelf I could use? Itís a Walbro carb.

Toni Clark makes them and they are available through Vogelsang Aeroscale.
