I don't use FG much but have sold on it in years past.
I sell on fleabay and RCG. Used to use RCU until the debacle.
I have hunderds of feedbacks just not here.
So don't discount no feedback score

Wow...I have more feed back than you and you dig at me for low count... What an IDIOT
So in ponys defense I would likely buy from him in confidence even with one trader rating. What I also look at is how long he has been part of this group and it is obvious that he is active. I don't know him personally but I know I have seen his post and conversed with him in the past so I feel I could buy from him with no issues. Now if someone has no trader ratings, just joined, I would be on alert.

Thank you so much James!!! I also look at the fact someone has been here a long time and has joined in on conversation with our community. It gives you confidence if they have a good reputation and/or friends here like yourself who has seen someone on here for years ( in this case me) who has little or no rating. I have bought a cpl items from new guys after a well known long time member posted on their add that they knew him and could trust him.

I just sold about 5-6 items here. Only one buyer gave me a rating and asked me to give him a buyer rating. . To get a rating I guess you have to ask for it. I lost years of ratings here due to a password change issue a year or so ago. Should be an easy way to give a rating like maybe a button to open up the rating section on the For Sales post.

As I said I have hundreds of + feedback on other sites, Just not here.
I don't think your whopping huge number of feedbacks (1) counts
for much of anything.
I believe you're the idiot with that stupid comment you made.
And grow up a little.....

And by the way I just sold a Supertigre 2500 here. Check my threads.
The buyer loved it but couldn't figure out how to leave the feedback.

Yeah I feel that, I am not really a new member, but rather a old time lurker, finally having to get into the giant scale stuff (before was in navy so more of just dreaming lol)

BUT my account is old lol.

but I have bought and sold a few things, sometimes cross posted here and a few other rc sites. sometimes they dont leave feedback tho. (i bought a whiplash on here not long ago and he never added any)

but I think it would be irrelevant if you are meeting locally, since then its just a reg deal which you can see in hand first.

I was just checking my rating and was surprised to find it at zero, I am fairly sure that I have sold a few items here and had several positive ratings and now they are gone.

So don't put to much stock in this trader ratings system and look seller thread postings, length of membership or other things instead.

Unfortunately I'm probably as guilty as others when it comes to forgetting to leave feedback....I try not to do so by keeping pm's between folks I buy from/sell to, this way I can trace back the items AND then leave feedback

I'll gladly go in and leave feedback if the buyer/seller will pm me on the particulars

AMA 8045/CD New here, but have good TR on several other sites. I TRY to post feedback as soon as I recieve and inspect my merchandise. That way I can keep up to date. I only wish I could get some of the sellers/buyers to do the same. But Not all folks care to do the right thing while doing business here and on other sites.

This site and a couple like it help people try out items at a discount and helps them learn the hobby. So while the advanced flyer may want to buy the latest and greatest, it also allows him or her to sell their surplus equipment to the beginner. Feedback is the lube which allows this to happen.

The beauty of the old RCU was that it hooked everything together. The offer led to a transaction creating an invoice that lead to a feedback. It was very elegant. It was better than ebay.

So all, if you want liquidity of your products, feedback is essential
