Question
Substitute for MKS Servos?

Anybody know of any substitutes for MKS HBL599, HBL380, or 777A+?

Check out the Promodeler stuff. I just outfitted 3 new planes with their servos!

I love MKS but Hitec, Futaba, Promodeller, and Savox all have similar servos.

X-pert are excellent, as are the new Spektrum brushless HV servos, Pablo is offering Spektrum servos in a package with the Havoc jets which is a huge vote of confidence for them.

I have been using the A6300 with great success, I have 32 of them flying in 35-42% size 3D airframes.

These would not be a direct replacement as they use a 23T servo spline.

there are many to choose from. the new spektrum brushless with the soft start are certainly worth a look. I replaced my 8911s with 6300s. I also would not hesitate to use anything in the Savox line.

Hitec 9380 or 9381 are my favorites these days. I only use about 250 mah per 12 minute 3D type flight on my 35%ers. Very efficient. Worth a look.

There are a lot of different options out there. However I have never had any other brand hold up over time as well as my MKS servos.

Well if you are totally against the MKS offerings, I just saw these and for the same price as the MKS 380's these are offering amazing numbers: https://www.deeforce.net/product-pag...hv-12v-servo-1
