If they fixed up the 42 like they did the H50B they should be awesome. Just got a newer H50B and it makes no noise and has absolutely no Jitter. I have it as a rudder servo in my 42% Ulti. Hopefully it will be a rugged unit.

I have an older H50B before the updates and it jitters a bit and is much more noisy.. but it’s strong and runs the AJ ARS rudder with Authority.

I heard the same from bluebird re the 43A , Apparently more smoother, But im waiting for more specs on it.

Has the 42A been good units? Is the jiter more when moving slow?

The original bearings were 6x10x2.5, adding the .5mm gave the output shaft extra support and longevity.

The gears are very durable, I have not had to replace any gears in any of the BB servo's I own.
This is good news, Did you find your jitterness only when moving slow? Sounds nice and solid other wise.

Looking at the BLS-2209 from throttle as advised from BB

How many bearings are in the 42A?

OK Have some more info on the BLS-43A,

Is the 42A with Firmware updates and a Protection Mechanism, ,its also soft start.
So under and over voltage protection Plus Stall protection that lowers torque when stalled for 5+ Seconds.

Claimed to also be Smoother and better centering. Sounds pretty good, looks same as the 42a as well.

Yes, there was jitterness when moving slow, less on the newer firmware. All was usable except for the very first batch.

6x10x3 bearings can be purchased through Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/6x10x3mm-Prec...-1-spons&psc=1

I personally purchase from bearingscanada.com

Good to hear they have solved these issues, in the later versions,

The BLS-43A Sounds good, but there so new i dont think anyone has them yet? and that makes me a little nervous about trying.
There also a bit more expensive when converted to my dollar and here is Aus JrS8911's are only 45Usd more each as there on special at the moment. So trying to weigh it all up.
