Goldwing 30cc Edge 540

I recently purchased a Goldwing 30cc Edge 540.

Was just wondering what to except. Has anyone had, or seen one fly?

Thanks Dustin

Hello Dustin, you mean this one?
I've just pre-ordered one from Mile High last week. Technically it is not Goldwing since they went out of the ARF kit business (currently working on their Kuza hardware line) but it is made on the same factory.

I really liked Goldwing kits, they had good quality, flew really well and were not expensive as the top brands (EF, Skywing, Pilot, etc). I have 3 GW planes, one still in the box.

I've always been trying to find a plane to replace my Skyline Edge 30cc which had a wing tube failure in flight. That plane was the best 30cc I've ever flown and one the best planes I've had.

One of the first flights (maiden was the day before) with the Skyline Edge.
Hope the GW version flies even better (GW construction and overall quality is much better than Skyline).

Ronaldo. Mine is the Goldwing. It was bought from hobby King when they sold the Goldwing ARF. I maidened it this past Saturday it flew Great!! I had a servo aem come loose and come off. It started fluttering real bad after it fell off. But I got it on the ground and the only damage is a hole in the covering on the wing where the servo arm punched through while fluttering. I got lucky. But it was an amazing flying plane. And I canít wait to get some locktite on all the servo arms and take it back up!!!
