All right I have been seduced by the darkside. This happens when you are bored looking at other websites instead of sticking to airplanes. I ran across some videos of 250 size FPV quad racers. This stuff is cool check out the videos below. I am in the purchasing mode now--got goggles, got all the parts, just have to put it all together, I will let you know how it goes.

I need to get out more...This is the first I seen racing FPV... I hope it catches on around here.

Until they give FPV a more peripheral view it is painful to me to use.

I hear ya... I don't think it matters much to those racer dudes tho...they tend to have tunnel vision anyway.

It does look fun. I saw some version where they raced through the woods like Return of the Jedi.

I think I seen that one too. Would be a blast to drive the cat crazy in the back yard

It's probably the most fun I've had flying but it's not that entertaining to watch
As a spectator. When you get a crowd then that's when you break out the aerobatic airplanes lol

FAA has already gone silly we don't need PETA after us also haha

IMO cats don't qualify for PETA protection LOL

I really need to build me one. Hard to drop that much on the googles though.

I have everything sitting there, just need to finish it! My friends and I have FPV combat before. Now that is fun. Of course it is with a fix wing plane. Another thing that is fun to do via FPV are touch n gos. I converted my 2 year old Icon to FPV and that is a blast to fly.
