I'm looking for someone who can design then print 6 offset pipe bends for me.
Diameter is 2 - 1/2 O.D. on one end 3 " I.D. on other end with a 3/4 inch offset.
Color black.

Not sure I fully understand what your after. I think of an offset bend as being something like you see in electrical conduit to get over some obstacle. Is that what you want, with an offset of 3/4" If so, what overall length and wall thickness ?I'm guessing something like 6" long with 1/8" wall thickness ?? Does this have any specific material requirement and how strong does it need to be ? Do you require a nice surface finish or can you deal with some cleanup, etc ? I may be able to help depending on your specific requirements. I guessing something like this ?

I'll submit a sketch. But what you've drawn looks very close to what we need.
This will be used to drain rain and is needed to adapt a 3 inch round downspout into a 3 inch pvc pipe that has approx 1/2 inch of its diameter covered by siding.
Would desire as short as possible

Here's a sketch. Offset where it inserts into pvc pipe needs to clear overhanging wood siding, needs to either be 2 1/2 diameter or be sized to fit ID of pvc pine with flat back to clear siding

Ok I think I understand now... So you have the situation shown in Image 1 and need a part similar to what is shown in Images 2 and 3 (showing opposite ends of the same part) to allow the upper 3" PVC pipe to extend into the adapter which has a flattened 2.5" outlet sp it can extend into the lower 3" PVC pipe. Does this look correct ?
I'm not sure a 3D printed adapter will be strong enough for this purpose but I can print this in ABS if you think it will work. The adapter shown is 5" long with a 3" ID on one end and a flattened 2.5" OD on the other.
