Few new Jeti integrated surprises are coming up in next few weeks.
Voltage/Amp/Capacity Telemetry sensors for monitoring Rx battery with Touch Switch or Wireless R3/RSW Switch Voltage/Amp/Capacity Telemetry sensor for Servo Monitoring Programmable In-Line Fuse for Servo overload protection with Telemetry Plug-in Micro Variometer ...... Looks like bright future for Jeti product line. And our competition |

Your competition has touch screens. All of them. And I want fuel tank telemetry. How hard is that? |

I personally HATE touch screens and will never own one as they simply don't work for me and MANY others unless you use a stylus that is never around when you need it. If you want a touch screen then buy a system with a touch screen. Just because you like them doesn't mean everyone does, and it has NOTHING to do with the quality of the system. As for the fuel tank telemetry, Jeti has had it for years. I've got it in all my turbine jets and it's available for gas models too but for those, a simple timer works just fine for me. And with the availability of Lua on the system you can display it in any way you want be it the traditional car style fuel gauge, a bar graph or just fuel remaining in oz, ml or whatever. So I guess it really wasn't all that difficult. Complaining that Jeti doesn't have a good selection of telemetry devices is pure BS. Jeti offers the widest range of telemetry sensors, at reasonable prices of ANY system currently on the market. |

When they don't respond to your touch, ALL OF THEM. The better touch screens such as the Futaba 18MZ and my iPhone are BARELY usable for me and cheapos such as the Spektrum IX12 are completely impossible for me to program without a stylus. Anyone that has this issue, and I'm far from the only one, certainly doesn't want a system with a touch screen robbing them of the enjoyment of their hobby. |

as for the IX12 we all know it's pure junk by nature due to a poor processor which has nothing to do with screen quality |

I have no experience with an iX12, but my iX20 has no issues with daylight visibility, sound level and the touch panel works well in all conditions. I even have a screen saver on it, and it works in freezing WX. Yes, I do have to remove my Winter gloves to operate the touch screen.
