Over the past few years I have bought several LiPo batteries from them. This past December I bought two 4S for a small foamie. One failed to take a charge after 60 days on storage charge.
Filled out their form for a replace/refund. After 3 emails and two phone calls they finally responded with "too bad" . I WAS a decent customer.

Motion RC will get all my business from now on.
